Three Secret Methods to Drastically Reduce Your Dental Costs
Dental work can be expensive and that can be part of the reason for people having a fear of going to the dentist. However, there are three ways that you can drastically cut your dental costs. 1. I know you have heard this before but I write it again because it’s true. Maintain a schedule of a dental exam every six months no fail. Come in when the staff of your dental office call you in for your routine check. The cost is minimal and a good dentist will be able to catch new cavities when they are small and inexpensive to handle.
2. Keep a good diet going. Teeth and gums are part of the overall living machine that is your body. That living machine needs real fuel, just like your car. If you put sugar into your car’s gas tank, it will stop working pretty quickly. If you load your body up on sugar (of all kinds) it will stop working correctly too. So stay away from the cokes and candy bars and eat real food; vegetables, fruit, whole grains, clean meats, good water, vitamin supplements etc. And add exercise at least three times per week.
3. Choose a dentist that you can trust. What you want is a dentist that will be more of a coach helping you to prevent dental problems rather than just handling them after they happen.
